We are writing to you in regard to the intended deportation of Falun Gong practitioners to China. This is a very serious matter and we ask that you take the time to read the information regarding their case and the ongoing persecution of Falun Gong practitioners both in China and in other countries, including Australia.
On 16th March 2002, Mr Alexander Downer, the Australian Minister for Foreign Affairs, signed “certificates” declaring that Falun Gong practitioners’ banners across the road from the Chinese Embassy “impair the dignity” of the (Chinese) mission. The question is why does the Minister continue to issue these certificates every month for the last 44 months, and how do we define this “impairment of dignity?
One day, everyone will offer the praise, “Falun Gong’s resistance to the persecution is a noble cause.” At that time, people will be glad to have given us their support, because we protected the universal values of humanity, and defended our faith.
Lawsuits filed outside China against high-ranking CCP officials have become an important aspect of Falun Gong practitioners’ efforts to resist the persecution. Some people may ask, “As soon you file a lawsuit, he runs back to China. What can you do to the defendants? What good is it to sue them?”

Today, the CCP spends one quarter of China’s financial resources persecuting Falun Gong. It has destroyed the state economy, destroyed the moral conscience of society and embarrassed itself in affairs of state. The CCP has walked up to perdition and can’t turn back.

After Chen Yonglin, senior diplomat from the Chinese Consulate in Sydney, Australia and Hao Fengjun, a police officer with the Tianjin City 610 Office, resigned from the Chinese Communist Party, Han Guangsheng, the former head of the Shenyang City Judicial Bureau and the deputy head of the Shenyang City Police Department in Liaoning Province recently brought to light some inside facts about the persecution of Falun Gong by the CCP.
One time, I happened to accompany an official from China who was overseas with a fellow delegate to visit resorts. Along the way, we naturally started to talk about China’s current situation.
This wicked party has always relied on deception and hiding to enforce its ruling. Even in the Internet age, they still try to blind the people through information blockage and message censoring. Its evil nature will never change. The persecution against Falun Gong and other prisoners of conscience helped us see its true nature even more clearly. What it fears the most is the people’s learning the truth, the people’s awakening, and the Party’s ultimate loss of political power.
