The story is true and every name is real. It is a story about a successful businesswoman who was illegally imprisoned for nine months in one of China’s most brutal labour camps — Wanjia. It is a story of beatings and torture; of survival and perseverance: And it is a testament to the power of her beliefs.
Below is the first list of the litigants and parties concerned that the Committee is releasing to the public. At any proper time and with all possible means, the Committee will obtain evidence from these individuals directly or indirectly. This is an integral part of the Committee’s investigation and is launched as of this date.

Our Mission Statement:
To investigate the criminal conduct of all institutions, organizations, and individuals involved in the persecution of Falun Gong; to bring such investigation to full closure under any circumstances; to exercise fundamental principles of humanity; and to restore and uphold justice in human society.
The EU dialogue also presents a list of imprisoned persons, including critics of the regime and Falun Gong practitioners. The EU requests information about the people on the list, and states that the EU wants these people to be released.
I think of my three-year-old niece Rongrong, my sister’s daughter. She no longer has her parents nearby. Only three years old, she has experienced separation and death in her immediately family many times.

In October of 2002, a group of Falun Gong practitioners brought a lawsuit against Jiang under the charge of “genocide.” This lawsuit encapsulates and defines the Jiang regime’s brutal persecution against Falun Gong practitioners in the past three plus years.
The doctor said, “Your mother can be discharged from the hospital at any time as long as the police allow us.” When I asked them about the drugs they used on my mother, she said, “We have no choice. The police want her to be here, and we have to use drugs on her. Otherwise, if she goes to appeal for Falun Gong in Beijing again, we would bear the responsibility.”
On December 29, 2002, Wei-Jao Chen, the President of National Taiwan University attended a Falun Dafa Experience-Sharing Conference and became the first leader in the academic field to speak at a Falun Dafa conference.
Member of the House of Representatives Mr. Vernetti commented, “this kind of typical state terrorism targeted on innocent people” must be banned. Mr. Vernetti also requested for practitioners to periodically send him updated information on Jiang’s persecution of Falun Gong.
