Prominent Political Figure: “It Can Save the Entire World”

Chang Chun-hung, a prominent Taiwanese political figure and former member of the Legislative Yuan, saw Shen Yun in Taipei on April 7. This was his third time seeing Shen Yun.

“Very worth seeing. I feel very uplifted,” Mr. Chang said.

“I perceived the meaning of Shen Yun. I think the true impact of the performance is just about to start… I see that Shen Yun presented a new hope, a hope for humankind.

“At this time, traditional culture can absolutely influence the world… To change humankind’s fate, taking Shen Yun seriously must be treated as the starting point.

“Not only can [Shen Yun] save China, it can save the entire world,” Mr. Chang said.

Painter: “Shen Yun’s Love Can End Wars”

Painter Li Chao-ling saw Shen Yun in Taipei on April 5.

“Shen Yun reaches deep into the heart. Shen Yun’s love can end wars. The world needs Shen Yun. We need Shen Yun,” Ms. Li said.

“What Shen Yun truly moves people is not their techniques, but their heart,” she said.

TV Presenter: “Infinitely Moved”

Taiwanese TV presenter Liao Hsiao-chun saw Shen Yun in Taipei on April 6.

“I feel infinitely moved every time I see Shen Yun. Very happy,” Ms. Liao said.

She observed that there are currently large changes in the international environment, and they all surround China. “Shen Yun is presenting another kind of peace and hope and bringing people another beam of light and hope. This is exactly what people need the most during the current international situation,” she said.

Founder of Jewelry Brand: “Guiding Everyone Toward Brightness”

Chen Chia-chi, jewelry brand founder and company president, saw Shen Yun in Taipei on April 3. He brought 20 employees with him to see the performance.

“Shen Yun is guiding everyone toward brightness,” Mr. Chen said.

“Shen Yun’s spiritual dimension is very rich. It has thoroughly presented the essence of Chinese culture. From the performance, I can feel the richness and beauty of the entire Chinese culture,” he said.

Therapist: “A Divine Production”

Therapist Candy Hou saw Shen Yun in Taipei on April 4.

“I am stunned. I didn’t think Shen Yun’s performance could touch deep down in my soul. Truly touching,” Ms. Hou said.

“Shen Yun really is a divine production… Shen Yun’s music and colors are very distinctive. The color combinations are very bright. It was like heaven on earth and felt like a fairyland,” she said.

Director of Taiwan Chorus: “Everything You Want to Appreciate in Art”

Wu Hung-Chang, director of the Taiwan Chorus, saw Shen Yun in Kaohsiung on March 28. He had seen Shen Yun many times.

“I am very grateful to the Artistic Director of Shen Yun. Your vision has benefited humanity. I hope that the spirit of Shen Yun will continue to flourish and illuminate the entire universe, shining light into the dark places,” said Mr. Wu.

“Everything you want to appreciate in art is [in Shen Yun]. During the program, I could feel a positive energy entering my blood circulation.

“Shen Yun integrates the entire Chinese culture, and it tells short, concise, and powerful stories through the dedication of all the dancers. Their professionalism gives people new surprises every year, and each year’s feeling is different.

“Year after year, one generation after another, Shen Yun’s artists continue to pass the baton. It’s not easy for today’s young people to work so hard. They must have endured a lot of hardship. The dedication [of] Shen Yun is worth emulating,” he said.

Jewelry Designer: “I Really Regret Not Coming Earlier”

Stacy Chen, jewelry designer and founder of Stacia Jewelry, saw Shen Yun in Kaohsiung on March 26.

“Incredible. Extremely wonderful,” Ms. Chen said.

“All of a sudden, it felt like an electric current went through the whole [audience], or it was hearts being connected. It felt very comfortable and great. It was positive energy.

“I really regret not coming earlier. This time I finally had the chance to see it in the theater. I think you really have to experience it in person to feel how different it is.

“A lot of designs came to mind while watching Shen Yun… I think tonight made me think a lot. I think it will help a lot, whether it’s the direction of my life or my designs,” she said.

Ceramic Artist: “Priceless”

Cheng I-jen, a ceramic artist, and his family saw Shen Yun in Taoyuan on March 29.

“This is a performance that only emperors in ancient times could see. We (luckily) enjoyed the enjoyment of emperors,” Mr. Cheng said.

“Excellent. Priceless!

“The greatest inspiration Shen Yun got across was ‘persistence.’ Persisting till the end will definitely lead to a good result,” he said.
