John Fitzgerald, a professor in Asia-Pacific studies at the Australian National University, told a federal parliamentary committee that many in leadership positions in China felt the Government’s banning of Falun Gong and its subsequent persecution was a terrible mistake.
Ms. Wang Wenyi who drew attention from the world’s media during the welcoming ceremony at the White House one week ago, held a press conference in which she talked about the experiences that led to her actions on the South lawn of the White House. Two witnesses, Annie and Peter, who exposed the atrocities of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners in the CCP’s Sujiatun Concentration Camp, also attended.
The Washington Times in the US and The New Paper in Singapore recently published a Chinese reporter’s testimony one after another. He revealed that a few years ago when he was investigating the situation of SARS, he discovered that several thousand Falun Gong practitioners were imprisoned at the Liaoning Provincial Thrombosis Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine, and their organs were being harvested for sale.
A great deal of evidence indicates that the China International Transplantation Network Assistance Center (CITNAC), located in Shenyang City, is closely connected to the organ translplant atrocities at Sujiatun. Recently, we made a discovery. Internet archives reveal that the Chinese web page that the center used in 2003, and its updated web page in 2005, was removed immediately after the Sujiatun massacre came to light.
We are forming a “Integrated Committee to Investigate the Secret Sujiatun Concentration Camp and the Facts of the Persecution of Falun Gong in China” starting today, and we invite all related international organizations, state agencies and media to join us in requesting to go to China to conduct an independent, direct, interference-free investigation to collect evidence, and completely search for the truth of the persecution of Falun Gong, including the Sujiatun Concentration Camp and other secret concentration camps located elsewhere.
Based on the preliminary investigation, it had been verified that there is indeed a very large “market” for human organs in the Sujiatun area, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province.
Investigations from the WOIPFG has shown that organs from Falun Gong practitioners were used for transplant in provinces and cities such as Henan, Shandong, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Beijing, Tianjin, Liaoning, Hunan and Hubei. Hospital staff and directly participating doctors have expressed that they can provide Falun Gong practitioners’ organs.
Falun Gong practitioners converged outside federal parliament demanding an end to Chinese “concentration camps”. The United Nations is looking into allegations by Falun Gong that thousands of its followers are being held at a Chinese “concentration camp” and some have been killed.
The source confirmed fears surrounding a recently-alleged camp—said to be in the Sujiatun district of Shenyang city, China—saying recent reports “are true,” while indicating that the scope of the problem far exceeds that previously imagined. A total of some 36 similar camps exist throughout China, he says.
