Departments have resorted to using spies and secret agents to persecute Falun
Gong practitioners, and have also acted in increasingly covert ways. They
initially began tapping practitioners’ phone lines and cell phones, and
installing video cameras in front of the practitioners’ homes, following the
practitioners, and staying in hidden places so as to arrest the practitioners,
and so forth. The CCP went so far later on as to spend so much of the Chinese
people’s hard-earned money–one quarter of the nation’s financial resources–to
persecute Falun Gong. The CCP also used specialized research institutes in
various places, including Nanjing City, to come up with ways to block access to
the Internet. Despite these attempts, the persecution of Falun Gong is still
exposed daily on the Internet. The CCP then racked its brain and plotted
incidents to seal off the Internet cafes. When its attempt to eliminate the
Internet cafes failed, it then spent a tremendous amount of money to bribe the
big international Internet company leaders and bought and installed a large
number of monitoring and network-filtering systems. In the meantime the CCP has
also installed hidden video camera monitoring systems along city streets,
cameras that are not intended for traffic management.

branches, the neighborhood committees, the national security departments, the
police, the law enforcement agencies, the “610 Offices,” and others.

the means for such suppression.

the past seven years and what blessings they have brought to the world.

inside television sets, and behind the pictures on walls in Falun Gong
practitioners’ homes. Many Falun Gong practitioners can always sense these
installations. Does this mean that Falun Gong practitioners are specially
trained to ferret out spies? Not so! Dafa practitioners are the guardians of the
world’s righteous elements, and all abnormal and dark things will expose
themselves and falter before Dafa disciples. Many Dafa practitioners can sense
when making phone calls or using their cell phones whether or not their
conversations are tapped. When the secret agents installed the pin-head-sized
video cameras or tapping devices they were extremely careful, but their actions
were still in vain. When Dafa disciples went back home, they saw the cover for
the home stereo system had dropped down; the devices under the lamp shades
became useless.

the monument that has validated “Truth-Compassion-Forbearance.” In the
near future, people will see that Falun Gong is the only hope for the world’s
sentient beings.
