University of Western Sydney’s Falun Dafa Club holds a Floral Tribute to the 1,000 Practitioners Who Have Been Tortured to Death in China

In the last few days the University of Western Sydney’s Falun Dafa Club
held a floral tribute to remember the 1,000 Falun Dafa practitioners who had been
tortured to death in China, during the last five years of persecution.
The event was held at Penrith campus as part of the university Human
Rights Environmental Student Collective’s organised human rights day.

In July 1999, an open cruel persecution of tens of millions of Falun Gong practitioners who believe in principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerances began in China…The genocidal policies used against this group of kind people are beyond imagination.

PERSECUTED Chinese group Falun Dafa brought their teachings of peace and compassion to the Spring Festival street parade with a vibrant cultural display. Led by a group dressed in the distinctive bright yellow exercise outfits, Falun Dafa were the most colourful participants in the parade.

Urgent Appeal to Rescue Ms Tang Yiwen

Tang Yiwen is the sister of Australian citizen Lisa Liang. Tang is currently in China and is under severe threat of being illegally imprisoned for the third time in the past four years. Previous detentions have crippled her legs due to the severe torture she endured.
