Ms.
Zeng Aihua, a 57-year-old Hong Kong resident and Falun Gong practitioner from
Shanghai, was illegally arrested from her home on May 22, 2006. Shanghai’s
Pudong New District Police Department carried out the arrest. They also ransacked
her home. Zeng Aihua is currently being detained in the Pudong New District Detention
Center.

Zeng Aihua’s daughter Doris from Australia called for people’s
attention to the persecution of Falun Gong in China. Many have expressed their
sympathy and condemned the CCP’s violation of people’s freedom of belief,
and its persecution of Falun Gong. It is reported that Doris has gone to Hong
Kong and clarified the truth to Hong Kong legislative members and local people
to work together to protest the CCP’s persecution of Falun Gong.

Senator
Lyn Allison also wrote to Ms. Doris to express her concern and support.
