Friday, 21 April, 2006: a hearing will be held in the Supreme Court of NSW in relation to the lawsuit filed by Sydney resident and Falun Gong practitioner, Ms Zhang Cuiying, against former Chinese dictator Jiang Zemin and the 610 Office for torture she suffered in China because of her belief.
Witness Annie said, “It is agonizing to recall the past. The organs removed from a living human being fetch a much higher price than from a dead body. After the live organ removal, some Falun Gong practitioners were still alive and breathing, but some of their bodies were directly thrown into the crematory oven. No trace of their bodies is left. Some families had no idea the organs had been removed.
Today, it is time to fulfill the vow of “Never Again,” made 60 years ago! Almost seven years have past since the persecution of Falun Gong began, and while we hesitate in cold, cowardly silence, millions of Falun Dafa practitioners are being murdered for keeping their faith in the human conscience.
The Washington Times in the US and The New Paper in Singapore recently published a Chinese reporter’s testimony one after another. He revealed that a few years ago when he was investigating the situation of SARS, he discovered that several thousand Falun Gong practitioners were imprisoned at the Liaoning Provincial Thrombosis Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine, and their organs were being harvested for sale.
A great deal of evidence indicates that the China International Transplantation Network Assistance Center (CITNAC), located in Shenyang City, is closely connected to the organ translplant atrocities at Sujiatun. Recently, we made a discovery. Internet archives reveal that the Chinese web page that the center used in 2003, and its updated web page in 2005, was removed immediately after the Sujiatun massacre came to light.
Undercover investigators disclosed today that, in response to public exposure, officials in China have now begun a massive, deadly campaign to destroy evidence of concentration camps holding practitioners of Falun Gong; at the camps, the Falun Gong are killed after having their organs extracted for sale.
Everyone Should Help Stop These State-sponsored Crimes. Sixty years ago, fewer Jewish people would have been killed if more people had stepped forward in the name of justice and courage. At least, the extent of persecution would have not been that extensive. Our efforts today become so significant to those whose lives are in danger.
We are forming a “Integrated Committee to Investigate the Secret Sujiatun Concentration Camp and the Facts of the Persecution of Falun Gong in China” starting today, and we invite all related international organizations, state agencies and media to join us in requesting to go to China to conduct an independent, direct, interference-free investigation to collect evidence, and completely search for the truth of the persecution of Falun Gong, including the Sujiatun Concentration Camp and other secret concentration camps located elsewhere.
Chinese Commerce Minister Bo Xilai, who is accompanying Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao to visit Australia, has been sued for torture and genocide by Falun Gong practitioners in Australia. This is another lawsuit filed against Bo when he visited foreign countries, following the lawsuits against him in the US, the UK, Ireland and Russia.
Based on the preliminary investigation, it had been verified that there is indeed a very large “market” for human organs in the Sujiatun area, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province.
