I think of my three-year-old niece Rongrong, my sister’s daughter. She no longer has her parents nearby. Only three years old, she has experienced separation and death in her immediately family many times.
The United States District Court of the Northern District of Illinois has scheduled the plaintiffs’ attorneys to meet the judge for the initial scheduling conference on Monday, January 13, 2003. We present here an interview with Terri Marsh, lead attorney for the plaintiffs.
In October of 2002, a group of Falun Gong practitioners brought a lawsuit against Jiang under the charge of “genocide.” This lawsuit encapsulates and defines the Jiang regime’s brutal persecution against Falun Gong practitioners in the past three plus years.
The doctor said, “Your mother can be discharged from the hospital at any time as long as the police allow us.” When I asked them about the drugs they used on my mother, she said, “We have no choice. The police want her to be here, and we have to use drugs on her. Otherwise, if she goes to appeal for Falun Gong in Beijing again, we would bear the responsibility.”

After visiting stores to ask to display the postcards, all of the stores supported us. This gave an opportunity to clarify the truth about the persecution to those whom we talked with. Some of the store workers even told their customers about the postcards.
Member of the House of Representatives Mr. Vernetti commented, “this kind of typical state terrorism targeted on innocent people” must be banned. Mr. Vernetti also requested for practitioners to periodically send him updated information on Jiang’s persecution of Falun Gong.
The International Rescue Committee is an organization established by worldwide Falun Gong practitioners voluntarily in September 2002 with a mission to rescue the family members and friends imprisoned in China for practicing Falun Gong.
