Falun Gong pass urgent request to Dr Condoleezza Rice, Foreign Minister of Japan Mr Taro Afo, Australian Prime Minister and Alexander Downer

John Deller, President, Falun Dafa Association of NSW, Inc wrote: “While the world said “never again” following the horrors of the Nazi death camps, we are again faced with a brutal regime, intent on eradicating millions of innocent people because of their belief. In the past, Australians have given their lives to oppose such evil. In the present, the least we can do is speak out to expose it.”

Hearing brought forward for Chinese torture lawsuit

A hearing will be held in the Supreme Court of NSW in relation to the lawsuit filed by Sydney resident and Falun Gong practitioner, Ms Zhang Cuiying, against former Chinese dictator Jiang Zemin and the 610 Office for torture she suffered in China because of her belief.

Falun Gong lawsuits continue to proceed in Australian Courts

Four legal cases filed by Australian Falun Gong practitioners are proceeding in Australian courts. Each case has been lodged as a last resort to stop the harassment of Falun Gong practitioners in China and Australia directed by the Chinese Communist regime.

Falun Gong motion to be moved in Senate

On Tuesday 6 December 2005, a motion will be moved in the Senate by Senator Bob Brown, that the Senate to request the government to seek an end to the persecution of Falun Gong members in China and to call on the government to lift restrictions on Australian Falun Gong practitioners’ peaceful appeal outside the Chinese Embassy in Canberra.
