(Minghui.org) Falun Dafa practitioners set up a booth and introduced Falun Dafa at the Plaza De San Sebastián in Cartagena on October 8, 2023. They also exposed the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) brutal persecution of freedom, human rights, and Falun Dafa practitioners who believe in the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance.
Calle Mayor is a main retail street in Cartagena with many shopping stores and restaurants. Plaza De San Sebastián is also on that street and attracts many tourists and locals. Falun Dafa set up truth-clarification poster boards and banners at the plaza. Many passersby came to learn more about Falun Dafa and the CCP’s brutal persecution.
Guillermina and her daughter Lucia came from Almería and were on vacation in Cartagena. They were attracted to the practitioners’ booth and learned about the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance and how Falun Dafa teaches cultivating both the mind and body. They were unable to comprehend the CCP’s irrational and barbaric acts in regard to the persecution of Falun Dafa. The mother and daughter signed the petition to help end the persecution and to show support for practitioners’ acts of seeking justice. They were happy to learn about Falun Dafa in Cartagena.
A woman with a walker came by and read the poster boards attentively. A practitioner said in Spanish that Falun Dafa is good and encouraged the woman to say the same as well. The practitioner then realised the woman had a speech impairment and could not enunciate properly. The practitioner patiently helped and corrected her enunciation over and over again till she was able to say “Falun Dafa es bueno.” The lady smiled like an innocent child and her eyes glistened with tears.
Samantha was shocked upon learning about the CCP’s brutal torture methods and forced live organ harvesting from Falun Dafa practitioners. She signed the petition and called her two daughters over and they signed it as well.
