(Minghui.org) Practitioners participated in the Holistic Awakening Festival. After a three-year hiatus due to pandemic restrictions, the festival was one of the first public events held in the Botanic Gardens of San Juan in 2023. The practitioners distributed information about Falun Dafa and taught people the exercises for free.
Nicolas asked to learn the first exercise. He said he felt pleasant and didn’t want the exercise to be over. He said that he felt great relief from the stress in his shoulders and lower back, “It feels like something heavy has been removed from my shoulders and my back feels light and free.” He thanked the practitioner and asked where they met to practice the exercises.
Two tourists from the Dominican Republic stopped and talked. They learned that there were Falun Dafa practitioners in their country. They gladly accepted the practitioner’s invitation and learned the exercises. They both said they felt a powerful current of energy in their hands when they did the exercises and felt relaxed, calm, and pleasant afterward.
A yoga instructor and her student tried the second Falun Dafa exercise. They said that they felt relaxed.
A lady asked what Falun Dafa meant. She listened attentively while a practitioner explained. She was particularly interested in how, through cultivating themselves, practitioners are able to overcome illnesses. She learned the second exercise and asked if she could attend the weekly group practice.
When the event was about to end, everyone at the festival was invited to try the second Falun Dafa exercise. People said they felt inner peace and contentment. They repeatedly thanked practitioners.
