(Minghui.org) Shen Yun Performing Arts continued its world tour with performances in Australia, Austria, Spain, Germany, France, and the United States during the first week of March 2026.
“It Deeply Touched Each and Every One of Us”
Spanish Member of Parliament Alberto Fabra Part saw Shen Yun in San Lorenzo, Spain, on February 26.
“It is truly magnificent and grand—it surprised us all,” he said.
“I believe that understanding other ways of life through culture is essential. We Spaniards are fortunate to be able to witness such a spectacle.
“First of all, all the artists and members of the orchestra demonstrated an extremely high level of professionalism. It was truly impressive.
“Shen Yun showed us the essence of Chinese culture passed down over hundreds and even thousands of years. I believe it deeply touched each and every one of us.
“We experienced its strength, its energy, its capacity for reflection, and its purity. It was a truly wonderful and unforgettable performance,” he said.
“Provokes Thoughts”
Iñigo Santiago Zubizarreta Aguirrezabal, Bilbao City Councilour, and his friend Ender Bracho saw Shen Yun in Bilbao on March 4.
“It showed China before communism, which was a surprise. This was what I anticipated and saw. Sometimes we read Chinese literature that was before communism, but seeing it in person truly provokes thoughts,” he said.
“They Should Keep Doing It”
Santiago López Céspedes, a Basque Member of Parliament, saw Shen Yun in Bilbao, Spain, on March 3.
“It’s spectacular. It’s a combination of lights, colors, and magic. We had heard about it and received very good references, but seeing it in person is much more brilliant,” he said.
“They should keep doing it. I congratulate them, the entire organisation, the whole team, and everyone behind it—both over these past 20 years and, hopefully, over the next 20. I encourage everyone to come because it is especially brilliant and truly spectacular,” he said.
“Top World-class”
Mayor of Torrelodones, Almudena Negro, saw Shen Yun in San Lorenzo de El Escorial, Spain, on February 28.
“From an artistic angle, I think this absolutely was a miracle. But it also demonstrated courage,” she said.
“I completely have no doubt that this is top world-class,” she said.
“Enriches the Entire Human Family”
Carlos Iturgaiz Angulo, a former member of the European Parliament, saw Shen Yun in Bilbao on March 4.
“Truly magnificent. What we experienced here in Bilbao tonight is wonderful,” he said.
“I hope this message and this performance can reach every place possible, because it is very important.
“What we saw tonight represents the essence of ancient Chinese culture,” he said. “Chinese civilisation is clearly one of the great cultures of the world. For Western audiences, it sometimes feels distant; we don’t always know it well. But it enriches the entire human family—both East and West.”
“You Are the Voice of the Real China”
Mikel Arruabarrena Azpitarte, a Basque parliamentarian, saw Shen Yun in Bilbao on March 3.
“Today’s show conveys a little bit of what China was like before the Cultural Revolution, which was a real genocide. And that’s why it’s beautiful, it’s beautiful artistically, and it’s also beautiful because of its message,” he said.
“You are doing essential work. You are the voice of the real China. Keep it up. Best of luck.
“Traditional values, kindness, are very powerful messages that should sink in and make us rediscover how we were here in the West many years ago,” he said.
“A Pleasant Surprise”
Ainara Zelaia Markaida, a Basque parliamentarian, saw Shen Yun in Bilbao on March 4.
“Everything I saw was a pleasant surprise. It’s very meaningful to have a deep understanding of their culture. This way, I can understand its evolution and changes,” she said.
“Divinely-inspired Values”
Irune Zuluaga Zamalloa, another Basque parliamentarian, saw Shen Yun in Bilbao on March 3.
“What stunned me the most was traditional Chinese culture’s divinely-inspired values that were presented in the show,” she said.
“Twenty years is a long period of time. I hope Shen Yun will create [another twenty years of glory] and have footprints all over the world,” she said.
French Professor: “Never Seen Anything as Exceptional as This”
Claude Lamy, professor emeritus at the Charles Gerhardt Institute at the University of Montpellier, saw Shen Yun in Montpellier on March 7.
“I booked on August 25 to be sure of getting a seat,” he said.
“I’ve seen a few Chinese shows, but I’ve never seen anything as exceptional as this,” he said.
“Far Exceeded Our Expectations”
City councilour Olivier Vincant and his wife saw Shen Yun in Montpellier on March 3.
“Its excellence far exceeded our expectations. The performance was truly magnificent and extraordinary. They successfully took us through time and space,” he said.
“It felt wonderful to be able to experience the scenes and enjoy the performance in person. It was truly beautiful-it was pure beauty. This was a journey, a kind of mental relaxation. I completely did not expect it to be this way. Far exceeded our expectations. Very happy and satisfied,” he said.
German Professor: “Hope and Salvation”
Matthias Kassack, a professor at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf, and his wife saw Shen Yun in Mülheim an der Ruhr on March 7.
“From an artistic angle, the discipline in the dancing and everything presented by these young people on stage were truly unbelievable. What was more outstanding was the message behind the performance: a long-standing culture and a culture with religious depth. It made you feel hope and salvation,” he said.
“Traditional Artistry at its Highest Level”
German actress Petra Einhoff saw Shen Yun in Salzburg, Austria, on March 7.
“I absolutely loved this performance,” said Ms. Einhoff.
“Words fail me to describe the brilliance of this performance. It represents traditional artistry at its highest level—the dancing is incredibly technical and artistic. We could feel the dancers’ joy, the precision, and unity of their movements. Everyone was perfectly synchronised. Truly magnificent.
“I’ve practiced qigong for 25 years, and this entire tradition deeply moved me. To see something I’ve practiced for 25 years expressed through another art form is incredibly precious to me,” she said.
Australian Legislator: “An Amazing Achievement”
Prior to Shen Yun’s performances in Australia, a local organiser received a bomb threat that forced the nation’s Prime Minister to evacuate. However, local theatergoers were not discouraged and filled the seats of almost all the six performances at the first stop–Gold Coast.
David Limbrick, Member of the Victorian Legislative Council, saw Shen Yun in Melbourne on March 6. This was his fourth time seeing Shen Yun.
“It’s an amazing production,” he said.
“The skills that these people have demonstrated, the message that they have given to people through these shows, and the enthusiasm for what they are doing has really given them a lot of longevity. 20 years is really an amazing achievement.
“This is unacceptable in a free society to try and intimidate people into not taking part in going to a show or whatever they want to do,” he said regarding the threats targeting Shen Yun. “I hope that the authorities get to the bottom of it very quickly.”
“I’m Really Enjoying the Experience”
Nevada State Senator Dina Neal saw Shen Yun in Las Vegas, Nevada, on March 8. She had also issued a proclamation honoring Shen Yun for their dedication to the arts.
“There’s so many different elements, cultural elements that are very intricate. [There are] very interesting story lines, and so I’m really enjoying the experience,” she said.
“You feel like you’re learning from each and every scene that comes up. You’re learning a different aspect about some cultural story. And I think that that’s powerful,” she said.
“One of the Best Shows I’ve Ever Seen”
Nevada Lieutenant Governor, Stavros Anthony, and his wife saw Shen Yun in Las Vegas on March 5.
“Congratulations to the production people, the back room people, the stage people, and all the artists, and dancers and singers, they are some of the best in the world. and I’m really proud to have them here in Las Vegas, Nevada,” Mr. Anthony said.
“It was very uplifting. It just reminds you that it’s God that created the world, God that gave people their rights and liberties, and we need to be reminded of that. And I think everybody I see around here really enjoyed the show.
“You need to take your time to come out and see this show. It’s one of the best shows I’ve ever seen,” he said.
