About Falun Dafa
Falun Dafa (also called Falun Gong) is an advanced self-cultivation practice of the Buddha School. Falun Dafa was founded by Mr. Li Hongzhi, the practice's master. It is a discipline in which “assimilation to the highest qualities of the universe—Zhen, Shan, Ren (Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance)—is the foundation of practice.

Athens, Greece: Human Rights Torch Lighted To End the Persecution (Photos)
Global Human Rights Torch Relay will travel through 100 cities around the world. Its purpose is to call on the international community to focus on brutal violations of human rights and the Olympics spirit by the Chinese Communist regime, in order to stop such crimes and not let the 2008 Olympic Games that symbolizes peace and freedom of humanity become the “Bloody Harvest Games.”
The Age: No medals for China in human rights
The awarding of the 2008 Olympic Games to China was an acknowledgment of the country’s dynamic economic progress and its emergence as a world power to be reckoned with. Implicit in this decision was the understanding that China would prove itself worthy of the International Olympic Committee’s vote of confidence by joining the community of nations that promote and protect human rights.
Countdown to Olympics Fails to Stop Killing in China
During the month of June the Falun Dafa Information Center has recorded the deaths of 20 Falun Gong adherents as a result of the Chinese Communist Party’s persecution of the practice. Some of the deaths took place as early as January 2007 but only became known in June due to the difficulties and dangers involved in obtaining such sensitive information from inside China.
