and human rights issues in Tibet would be raised during the seventh round of
the annual Human-Rights Dialogue with China.

After I watched the interview between Jiang Zemin (the President of China) and Mike Wallace (CBS), I realized just how desperate Jiang Zemin has become in his plot to crush Falun Gong.
It is of the utmost importance to every person, every race, and every nation that we understand that Jiang Zemin’s persecution of Falun Gong is harming China and threatening the world.

Currently there are many discussions around the case of Jiang Zemin being sued in Chicago. Two questions raised by some in the US are particularly interesting. One question is that as Jiang is being sued in the US, if the US government supports the lawsuit against him, would the US president be susceptible to being sued outside of the US? The second question is whether this lawsuit will affect the relationship between China and the US, especially in relation to the war against terrorism. I feel that both questions are based on erroneous assumptions.
