A lawsuit is in the offing barely one year after the maligned police intervention during Jiang Zemin’s visit on April 11, 2002 in Dresden [against Falun Dafa practitioners]. A fact-finding suit is being planned in Meissen and Dresden.
Dafa practitioners of various nationalities are planning to file lawsuits during the coming days against the German states of Lower Saxonia, Brandenburg and Saxonia Proper. Their goal is to establish the facts of human rights violations against their persons during Jiang’s visit in April 2002 in the hope that these lawsuits will prevent such acts in the future.
I am a Falun Gong practitioner. In an attempt to force me to give up my belief, the police forcibly took me to a brainwashing center. The following is an account of what I saw and heard at the brainwashing center.
Regarding demands made by Jiang during his state visit in Germany last year, on the evening of April 12 2002, German state TV station Channel One (ARD) ran a special report entitled, “Wild Arrogance: Jiang Zemin’s Dictatorship On the Soil of Germany.”
According to The Epoch Times, during this year’s session of the U.N. Human Rights Commission in Geneva Chinese NGO www.fawanghuihui.org submitted two 4,000-page reports about China’s persecution of Falun Gong, to a U. N. human right organisation on March 20.
The processing of Chinese herbs significantly influences the plants’ healing effects. Processing means using various methods, such as adding heat or moisture or washing and cutting to remove toxicity, after obtaining the raw materials.
On January 25, 2003, two investigators from Australia accompanied with staff from Sichuan Province National Security Bureau to investigate a water dungeon. Chief Li showed them around, when they came to our window, an investigator suddenly asked: “Why are they all standing?” Li immediately lied: “They are tired of sitting, so they want to stand.”
“We hope to reach people in mainland China as well as Chinese-speaking communities all over the world through the documentation available on this site,” Amnesty International said.
Early last year, I was in Wagga Wagga for a weekend with a group of Falun Dafa practitioners. We went there to teach the exercises in a community workshop and participate in some local events – there was a big fete, considering the size of the town, and other activities organised.
As an Aussie born and bred I was brought up with the principles that our country was made from. Be truthful, work hard, be good to your mum and help those less fortunate.
Everyone should know what is happening in China to people who practice Truthfulness Compassion Tolerance. I believe that when enough good people voice their disapproval of these atrocities then the persecution will cease.
