Many of the ethical attributes and moral teachings for people to strive for I had gleaned from studying Zhuan Falun for almost seven years now have rung a bell all along. It was not until this week that I became aware of the prompts swirling in my head, discovering where those teachings came from.

Who are “other people?” Where are they from? What relationship do they have with me?
“Other people” are many. I cannot remember when it was that I learned from “other people” to say: “I heard others saying it.”
The impressions and notions of one’s mind definitely affect related thoughts. So when he observed and analyzed the other person, he, unconsciously, connected the person to the impression and used it to explain the person’s every single action.
One evening my daughter and I were together practicing. As we moved into the sitting meditation, I dropped into a very still, quiet place within, vast and so peaceful, when there before me manifested a most beautifully facetted piece of crystal the size of a human being. It was clear, radiant and from it flowed rays of pure light. As I watched, the understanding came that I was being shown a form of the Buddha Body, and words cannot describe the magnificence of this sight.
A story touched me so – they say
some cultivators of the Way,
were told they’d consummate that day
if on a mountain’s peak.
I went to see the movie “I, Robot” with my girlfriend last night, and although I wasn’t expecting it to be a great film, I was suprised that it gave me some insights into why we human beings are so unique and precious.
Once upon a time, in a far away pond lived a little seed named Lily. She was shy and timid, but enjoyed playing with all of her friends. Lily longed to see the beauty of this light, but just could not rise above the depths and murky waters of the pond.
