Next Stage of Australian lawsuit against former Chinese leader Jiang Zemin for the persecution of Falun Gong. The civil case was filed in September 2004 by Australian artist and Falun Gong practitioner Ms Zhang Cuiying for torture and inhuman treatment, which she received during an illegal 8-month imprisonment in Shenzhen, China in 1999-2000.
