All Circles in Europe Condemn the CCP’s Human Rights Violations on the Eve of the EU-China Human Rights Dialogue

On May 10th, 2007, ten human rights organisations, including Human Rights Without Borders, International Human Rights Association, the Uygur World Congress and the Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong in China (CIPFG), held a joint press conference at the headquarters of the European Union (EU) in Brussels, Belgium, to expose the CCP’s human rights violations, and urge the EU to take effective action regarding the deteriorating human rights situation in China.

May 13, 2007 marked the Eighth World Falun Dafa Day. 5000 Falun Gong practitioners from Taiwan assembled in front of Chiang-Kai-shek Memorial Hall to celebrate Falun Dafa Day, forming Chinese characters, which read “Happy Birthday, Master” and “May 13–World Falun Dafa Day.”

2007 UN report recently released includes the latest report by UN Special Rapporteur on Torture Manfred Nowak. He summarized particular cases in his report. In addition to cases related to Falun Gong, he also listed cases about Gao Zhisheng and organ harvesting from live Falun Gong practitioners.

Amnesty International Releases Documents Calling for the Rescue of Falun Gong Practitioner Bu Dongwei
