Hundreds of Falun Gong (Falun Dafa) practitioners travelled from all parts of Australia to participate in the national World Falun Dafa Day celebrations in Sydney from Friday to Sunday. The annual Grand Parade took place on Sunday, May 15 and the practitioners from Queensland, Victoria, ACT, South Australia and regional NSW attended the event.
64-year Ms. Wang Lianrong lost her three children, who were all in their 30s, within three years.
Ms. Wang Lianrong lives in Canfangying, Beixinbao Town, Huailai County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province. Her husband, Mr. Chen Yunchuan, is 66 years old. The couple had two sons and two daughters. The two sons were twins. The whole family had practiced Falun Gong.
During the 61th Session of United Nations Human Rights Commission, the United Nations High Commissioner on Human Rights announced last year’s many human rights reports and human rights dialogues between the Commission and China, including reports on the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners.

Government officers and businessmen collude in all kinds of schemes to make money. After the persecution started, Jiang’s regime mobilized all of China’s media to falsely claim that “Falun Gong accumulated wealth,” because money was charged for the Falun Gong classes and so many people had bought the popular Falun Gong books.
The persecution carried out by Jiang Zemin and the Chinese Communist Party is based on lies fabricated by the Chinese Communist Party and then broadcast by the state-controlled media.
My relative taught me some of the movements of the exercises and also gave me the book Zhuan Falun.
Upon returning home, I started to read the book eagerly. After reading it once, I continued to read it for the second time, then the third time. I have now read the book sixty times already.
Sandstorm was made to help reveal the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners currently occurring in China. The persecution is well-documented by Human Rights organizations and various governments around the world, but it is very difficult to get information out of China, as there are extensive methods utilized to block information from getting to the outside world and to the citizens within China.
