Peace should be known to everyone , including me.
Before a packed courthouse in downtown Chicago, oral arguments were presented yesterday to the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals in the class-action lawsuit against former Chinese leader Jiang Zemin.
On April 1st, 2004, China Wuhan City police ransacked the home of Ms. Huang Zhao and her husband, stealing valuables and detaining the couple who both practice Falun Gong. Two weeks later, Huang was dead.
More than a thousand people rallied on Federal Plaza in Chicago this week to gain public support for a civil lawsuit charging former Chinese president Jiang Zemin with the genocide of Falun Gong practitioners.
The 2004 International Future Science and Culture Symposium was held at National
Taiwan University on May 15 and 16. Professors and scholars from the U.S., Japan,

On May 27, 2004, the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit will decide if former foreign heads of state may use the “head-of-state” defense, typically limited to sitting heads of state, to shield themselves from civil responsibility for the alleged crimes of torture, genocide and crimes against humanity.
On Saturday, 15th May, Falun Gong practitioners from around Queensland joined together at Brisbane’s King George Square in front of Town Hall to celebrate the fifth World Falun Dafa Day with dignitaries and the public. This was also the 12th anniversary of Dafa’s introduction to the public in China.
The purpose of the lawsuit is to stop the Chinese newspaper from continuously publishing lies about Falun Gong and commentary articles that slander Falun Gong. At the same time, John Deller thought it would be a good reminder to all overseas Chinese media, that they should not irresponsibly publish fabricated news that defames Falun Gong, a legal organization. Thus, it can effectively stop Jiang’s group from exporting hatred overseas.
On May 15, 2004 about 300 Falun Dafa practitioners from Sydney, Canberra, and Melbourne gathered in Melbourne, the capital of the state of Victoria, and launched a grand parade, revealing the moving, tragic and glorious history of Falun Dafa since it was introduced to the public in 1992.
